Andrew W. Knox

Andrew Knox is a Partner in the Firm’s Consumer Protection Group, where he focuses his practice on class action litigation representing individuals and consumers harmed by unlawful, predatory, and deceptive business practices.

Andrew litigates complex class action matters in courts across the country and has served as class counsel in multiple cases that have secured meaningful relief and recovery for hundreds of thousands of individuals and consumers. His practice is grounded in holding businesses accountable while pursuing practical, impactful outcomes for those who have been harmed.

Andrew also represents clients in high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death matters. He brings a focused and meticulous approach to discovery, investigation, and case preparation, while ensuring each client receives thoughtful, precise, and compassionate representation throughout the process.

Andrew has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for Personal Injury Litigation every year since 2018. He is also a past recipient of the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Stars recognition, graduate of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Leadership Academy, and currently serves as vice chair of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Historical Committee.

A Philadelphia native and longtime resident of Glenside, Montgomery County, Andrew is actively involved in his local community. He serves on the board of a local youth athletic organization and coaches his children’s baseball teams. Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, children, and their two dogs.
