With nearly forty years of experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation, Kim plays an integral role in the management of cases from initial client intake through litigation and resolution.
Kim serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients seeking representation in education law matters, guiding families through the intake process, coordinating initial consultations, and assisting with the collection and organization of educational records. She manages the firm’s educational records process, including obtaining records from schools, maintaining case files, and coordinating the preparation of exhibits and hearing materials for administrative due process proceedings.
Kim also provides extensive litigation support in the firm’s civil rights and tort litigation matters. Her responsibilities include preparing pleadings and discovery, organizing and reviewing document productions, coordinating expert materials, scheduling depositions and mediations, preparing subpoenas, managing medical and other evidentiary records, and assisting attorneys with case preparation for hearings, mediations, and trial. She works closely with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel to help ensure matters proceed efficiently and effectively.

With nearly forty years of experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation and estate planning, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and practical experience to every matter she handles. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College and is a commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public.
